  • Returns period

    You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received; correctly labeled and with no apparent signs of use. Returns at your local Scalpers store

Take the item and the document sent with the order, or confirmation email, to one of our stores. The items you wish to return will be sent to our offices in order for the refund to be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Returns via post

To process a return you have to send your original order to our central warehouse located in Seville. Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges.


Follow the steps below for online returns.


STEP 1. Place the items you wish to return in a box, alongside the delivery receipt. If you do not have this receipt, you can also print the order confirmation email, or if you are registered with you can find the order confirmation in “My Account”. Do not forget to include one of these receipts with the item you wish to return. If we do not have one of them, it will be impossible to identify you and successfully offer you a refund.


STEP 2. Take the parcel to a post office or mailing centre and request proof of purchase. You must retain the proof of purchase until you receive the requested refund. Gift Card Balance

The Card can be used as many times and for as many purchases as the cardholder chooses until the total balance of the Card has been used up. After using the Card, the remaining balance on the Card available shall be the difference between the balance available prior to the purchase and the relevant amount used up in such purchase. The remaining balance on the Card is shown: on the cash register receipt every time a purchase is made with the Card at a SCALPERS Store; The remaining balance of the Card may at any time be checked at a SCALPERS Store. Cards obtained through any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase products, nor shall the remaining balance on the Card be refunded. Operating Rules

The PIC member must show their PIC card or identify themselves at the checkout each time they make a purchase in any of the SCALPERS shops in Spain (except for department stores). The amount of the purchases will be registered on the card. Each member will get PIC Money based on the amount of purchases made. Purchases can not be registered after they are made. For the purpose of the overall calculation of the purchases, all purchases made on the same date in the same SCALPERS shop will be considered the same purchase. PIC Money will be able to be used in any SCALPERS shop located in your country (except for department stores and outlets): a day after the purchase or on the same day, when the purchase has been made in another shop.

Purchase Return With PIC Money

If a purchase is returned, whether fully or partially, you will need to show your PIC card, National Identity Number (DNI) or Spanish Identification Number for Foreigners (NIE) along with the purchase receipt to cancel the PIC Money you've accumulated with that purchase. In the case where PIC Money was used in the purchase, the PIC Money will be returned as follows: the PIC Money used in the purchase will be fully returned to the PIC card.

PIC Money Balance
